Company Policy
- Tardiness
Employees are expected to arrive at work on time and be ready to perform their duties according to the assigned schedule. Repeated lateness disrupts workflow and may result in disciplinary action. Supervisors should be notified in advance if lateness is unavoidable.
Guidelines:

• Habitual tardiness may lead to verbal warnings, written warnings, or suspension.
• Excused tardiness (such as emergencies) must be communicated promptly.
- Use of Company Supplies
Company resources, including office supplies, equipment, and digital assets, must be used solely for work-related purposes. Misuse of supplies is considered inappropriate and may be subject to disciplinary measures.
Guidelines:
• Office materials should not be taken for personal use without permission.
• Company equipment such as computers and phones should be used responsibly.
• Theft or misuse of company property will result in immediate action, including possible termination.
- Cheating
Integrity and honesty are essential. Cheating in any form, whether in reporting, attendance, or work performance, is strictly prohibited.
Guidelines:
• Falsifying records, time logs, or reports is unacceptable.
• Plagiarism or misrepresentation of work will result in disciplinary action.
• Employees are expected to uphold ethical standards in all company matters.
- At-Will Employment
All employment is at-will unless otherwise stated in a formal written agreement. This means the company or employee may terminate employment at any time, with or without cause or notice.
Guidelines:
• Employment may be ended without warning or justification, provided it is not in violation of law.
• Employees are encouraged to provide notice to ensure a smooth transition.
